In the second episode, we speak with Tania Hary, Executive Director of Gisha, an organization most closely familiar with the situation inside Gaza. Tania told us about the dual fears of the organization’s staff, who, like everyone else, lost family members, acquaintances and friends in the horrific events of October 7, and are now anxious about the safety of acquaintances, colleagues and contact people in the Gaza Strip. She also spoke about working around the clock to try to stop the unprecedented harm to Gaza’s civilian population, and the difficulty communicating what Gisha sees in the Strip to the outside world in a way that will open people in Israel and around the world to listening.
