Elyakim Rubinstein has held numerous key positions over the years—Cabinet Secretary, Attorney General, Supreme Court Justice, and more. For decades, he served the State of Israel and played a central role in peace efforts with its neighbors. Following the 1991 Madrid Conference, he led the Israeli delegation in negotiations with the joint Jordanian-Palestinian delegation, aiming to reach a political agreement. Historian Adam Raz sat down with Professor Rubinstein for an in-depth conversation about his role in the Israeli-Palestinian peace negotiations.
